Residential Systems

Designed for homes of every size, our residential range balances powerful suction, quiet operation, and efficient filtration — so daily cleaning becomes simple, not a chore.

Compact Systems: Ideal for smaller homes and apartments, offering strong performance in a space-saving unit.

Standard Systems: Our most popular range, suited to typical family homes, balancing power, tank capacity, and value.

High-Capacity Systems: Built for larger homes and estates, with the motor power and airflow to cover extensive square meterage without losing suction.

Key features across our residential range

High air-watt motors for genuine deep-clean suction
Dirty air exhausted outside the home — no recirculated dust or allergens

Quiet operation, with the power unit isolated from living areas

Simple, lightweight hose and attachment system

Disposable-bag or cyclonic filtration options available

Commercial & Industrial Systems

Built for higher demands — offices, retail spaces, schools, hospitality venues, and industrial facilities — our commercial and industrial systems are engineered for continuous use, larger areas, and heavier debris loads.

Higher-capacity motors and tanks for extended run times

Robust construction for frequent, heavy-duty use

Systems configurable for multiple simultaneous users where needed

Suited to large-footprint properties and multi-storey buildings

Accessories & Hoses

A central vacuum system is only as good as the tools you use with it. We stock a full range of accessories to get the most out of your system:

Lightweight, flexible hoses in a range of lengths

Floor brushes, turbo brushes, and carpet heads

Upholstery and crevice tools

Wall inlets and inlet valve cover

Filters and disposable bags

Replacement parts and motor components

How a Central Vacuum System Works

A Beam central vacuum system uses purpose-built tubing, installed inside your walls, attic, basement, or crawlspaces, to connect a series of wall inlet valves to a central power unit. The unit itself sits away from your living space — usually in a garage, basement, or utility room — so the noise and mess stay out of the rooms you actually spend time in.

To clean, simply plug a lightweight hose into the nearest inlet valve. Each inlet typically covers around 65-75m² of floor space, with most homes needing just one inlet per floor. There’s no heavy canister or upright to drag from room to room — just move from inlet to inlet as you go.

Because the power unit is separate from where you’re cleaning, the system runs far quieter than a portable vacuum. And since dirt, dust, and allergens are carried straight through the tubing to the power unit rather than staying airborne in the room, you get a genuinely cleaner result with every pass.

Not Sure Which System Is Right for You?
The right central vacuum system depends on your home or building’s size, layout, and how you clean day to day. Get in touch for a free consultation — we’ll assess your space and recommend the system that fits.
